By using Trace Run ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Trace Run is an AI-powered running coach that analyses your training data to provide insights, coaching, and race planning. The App integrates with Strava and Garmin to access your activity data.
Trace Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
The AI Coach feature sends your training data (including activity history, readiness metrics, and race goals) to Anthropic's Claude API to generate coaching responses. By using the AI Coach, you consent to this data being processed by Anthropic. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy. We do not share your name, email address, or personal identifiers with Anthropic — only anonymised training metrics.
Trace Run is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your training. Training recommendations are for informational purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
All content, features, and functionality of Trace Run are owned by Trace Ignite and are protected by intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trace Ignite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
